Beach Conservation and Preservation Starts with you
Welcome to the official website for the Laguna Beach Property Owners Association (LBPOA). It is our hope that this website will facilitate communication to our members through outreach and create community.
The LBPOA is a non-profit organization, formed in 1982. Business is conducted by the Board of Directors who are elected at the annual member’s meeting.
The primary purpose of LBPOA is the preservation of the “Reserved Beach”, which refers to the 7/10ths of a mile undeveloped beach on the south side of Front Beach Road, within Laguna Beach Subdivision. The “Reserved Beach” was established by Fl. Courts in 1951.
If you are not a member, please come join us; we welcome you.
Laguna Beach property owners and visitors have a great deal to be excited about with Pier Park shopping, local events and dining options added every year. Our Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) makes it easier to visit.
By owning property in Laguna Beach, you are already aware of our great community and being an LBPOA member adds to that community. Thank You and help your community by encouraging other property owners to join the organization. Being a member is optional with a nominal fee per year and very worth the cause of keeping our 7/10th of a mile beach free of construction on the south side of Front Beach Road.
If you’d like text alerts when the flags change you can sign up by texting “PCBFLAGS” to 888777 or check the local flag warning website.
Panama City Beach offers more than just its legendary shoreline—though its soft white sand and emerald waters will definitely tempt you to stay awhile. Explore the calm beauty around Shell Island on a boat tour, wander through local shops filled with coastal finds, or savor the flavors of the many restaurants that make this area a true beach-lover’s paradise. Whether you’re adventuring on the water or relaxing on the coast, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy this vibrant Gulf community.
Safety First
We are a golf cart friendly community
Our community is proudly golf-cart friendly, and we welcome residents and guests to enjoy this convenient way of getting around. For everyone’s safety, we simply ask that all golf carts be operated responsibly, with caution, and in full compliance with all county guidelines and traffic laws. By following these rules, we can keep our neighborhood safe, enjoyable, and accessible for all.
